Our monitored personal alarms are connected to a monitoring station. If assistance is required simply press the panic alarm button and within seconds a trained representative from the monitoring station can talk to the customer through the alarm and they will assess what assistance is required.
The monitoring station will hold information that will assist the emergencies services if required, i.e. doctors contact details, local Garda station, keyholders to the premises etc. Either a wrist or neck pendant can be chosen.
Grant funding can be applied for through your local community group.
